Centralised 37.46GW, Distributed 41GW! First half of the provincial PV new installed data out!

International Energy Network/Photovoltaic Headlines (PV-2005) learned that on 27 July, the National Energy Administration released the first half of 2023 PV power generation construction operation.

In the first half of 2023, the country added 78.423GW of grid-connected capacity, of which 37.46GW was centralised, 40.963GW was distributed in total, and 21.522GW was distributed for household use.

The cumulative grid-connected capacity as of the end of June 2023 totalled 470GW, of which 271GW was centralised and 198GW was distributed.
