Features of energy storage cables
The energy storage cable is used in the DC system, the rated voltage is DC1500V and below, and the maximum temperature resistance level is 125℃. Due to the use environment of the energy storage cable, there are strict requirements on the service life of the cable, high and low-temperature resistance, chemical resistance, battery acid resistance, and combustion performance, so the cable needs to meet:
1 Excellent electrical performance;
2. Acid and alkali resistance, salt spray resistance, and UV resistance, with long-term outdoor use characteristics;
4 Good softness, the rebound angle of softness evaluation is not more than 40°;
5. Cable life evaluation: the temperature index when extrapolated to 20000h by the Arrhenius regression curve, is not lower than 125℃.
