This week, European and British customers returned for the third time. The customer is from a well-known solar energy company in the UK with decades of procurement experience. In April 2022, I contacted Aileen. After communicating and sending samples, the buyer recognized the quality of the products very much. The first order was placed in June, mainly for solar cable and mc4 connector. In the first cooperation, we did a lot of negotiation on the buyer's needs. The buyer needs a variety of models, and the quantity of each batch is 5000m-10000m. Aileen knew that the customer wanted to test the market and product quality first. After repeated communication and negotiation, the final product was 4mm solar cable. The four models of 6mm solar cable,10mm solar cable and 2core solar wire are sold.

Later, Aileen actively followed up the sales situation of the buyer, and the buyer's feedback was that they hoped to print their own logo on the sheath and wipe the product as clean as possible before packaging. In the second order, Miss Wang kept in mind the needs of the buyers, actively improved, supervised the production, strictly inspected the goods before shipment, and took pictures for the buyers to confirm, so that the buyers were very satisfied. The second batch of goods was successfully shipped out in September 2022. To our surprise, the buyer just signed for it and sent her a demand for 200,000 meters of similar products.
