European PV market continues to boom, coocable wins Norwegian PV orders
Norway's renewable energy agency Enova previously announced that it will revise the subsidy plan for Norway's rooftop photovoltaics and increase subsidies, further promoting the development of the Norwegian photovoltaic market. In 2021, Norway's cumulative installed photovoltaic capacity has reached about 65,000 kilowatts. According to the latest regulations, Enova will increase the maximum installed system size of rooftop photovoltaics eligible for subsidies from 15 kW to 20 kW, and the maximum subsidy amount will be increased from $142.2/kW to $226.7/kW. In addition, each set of energy management systems such as energy storage and inverters that are matched with rooftop photovoltaics will also receive a new subsidy of up to $1,138.2. As a result, the increase in subsidies will usher in a surge in demand for rooftop photovoltaic installations, and the scale of the system will also increase. In the case of insufficient supply conditions of European photovoltaic cable suppliers, Norwegian photovoltaic installations are looking for new cooperation opportunities in China. A few days ago, Tom, a large-scale photovoltaic project installer, contacted us to find out the latest quotation of 4mm and 6mm photovoltaic lines, and our fastest delivery time. Their photovoltaic projects are very tight and require us to produce them within 1 week. They also looked for multiple suppliers in China, but they were unable to complete production on time. We gave the customer a satisfactory answer after a meeting with Manager Wang from the Engineering Department and Production Department. Tight lead times are also a challenge for coocable. Under the intensive production, the goods were finally delivered to customers on time.
