China's imports of unwrought copper have fallen, but imports amount have risen.
A few days ago, the General Administration of Customs released a table of the value of China’s imports of key commodities for October 2021 (RMB value). Data shows that from January to October, China imported about 4.43 million tons of unwrought copper and copper materials, decrease of 21%; But the amount reached 268.91 billion yuan, increase of 8.5%. It is expected that copper prices may continue to rise in the future.
