The wire management method of the trackless roof-mounted photovoltaic system

In recent years, the rapid development of trackless roof-mounted solar photovoltaic systems has greatly reduced the cost of the solar energy industry. Trackless technology has gradually replaced the traditional rail base, but there are still many problems in technology and new methods, especially the problem of wire management.

First of all, it is necessary to make a reasonable layout of the string, minimize the length of the wire, reduce the time required to clamp the wire and insert the jumper, and at the same time can easily access the end of the string, the optimizer or the micro-inverter.

Secondly, the trackless photovoltaic system has better wind resistance. The gap (between the pair of modules) can be corrected to align the metal roof joints to reduce the net loss of module space, which is conducive to later operation and maintenance.

Finally, the main trunk and branch lines are managed. The wire reel is installed under the module, and the jumper can be routed to the wire reel, bundled inside without a clip, and then go directly to the original path. MLPE (ie optimizer and microinverter) can usually be installed on the module frame or directly on the roof. For some people, there are specific reasons to install on the roof, such as the manufacturer's requirements, but in most cases, it is easier and most economical to install on the module frame.

Installing solar modules directly on the metal roof can greatly reduce transportation costs and labor costs, reduce the dead load on the roof, and speed up the installation of photovoltaic systems.
